Logos

Title: Angel Study (2006)
Client: Anencephaly Genetic and Environmental Links (ANGEL) Study
Goal: Client requested logo with angel imagery.
Solution: Angel wing integrated with the first letter "A"; formal typeface for the seriousness of the group; swelling of the curved typeface strokes repeats the flow of the wing.

Title: ItsYourTurn.com (1998)
Client: ItsYourTurn.com
Goal: Logo for online games website.
Solution: Multiple shapes recall game pieces and boards found on website. The bright colors and high contrast create energy and excitement, which matches the goal of establishing a fun website.

Title: Véronique Diabolique (2006)
Client: Véronique Diabolique
Goal: Logo for band's Valentine's Day show.
Solution: Created the scrollwork heart from bits of clipart that I modified and combined with the band's existing typeface. The scrollwork fits the band's dark and gothic visual style. I continued the Valentine's Day theme by creating/printing/distributing the band's setlist to the audience before the show -- styling the list after a special menu you might find a restaurant on Valentine's Day. The resulting song menu was a hit with the audience, and the band continued to use the scroll heart in future materials: flyers, press-bio, and CD art.

Title: Skulduggery (1999)
Client: Skulduggery Creative Team
Goal: Logo for puzzle hunt game.
Solution: The skull and shovel hint at wordplay, and the pencil symbolizes crosswords and other puzzles.
