| Goal: |
Flyer to announce music festival in Durham, NC, should include geek/dork/nerd themes. Work with event co-organizer to create as much media attention as possible for the event. |
| Solution: |
Used Legos to create a "font' for the title and an homage to Devo, a dorky band from the 1980's. I also arranged a group photo of Dork Fest musicians to announce the event and created three different flyers for online and print use (this is one of the three flyers). |
| Result: |
Group photo featured with story in The Independent Weekly newspaper. Flyers were talked about and shared widely before the event. Festival was very well attended and yielded a good night for the club owner and the bands. |
